I’ll say this again, Daylight Saving Time year round!
Here in MA we’ve considered (as have several other states in New England) moving to Atlantic Time, for the same effect.

No cause I like when the sun gets up with me. Obviously Nov/Dec/Jan/Feb not gonna happen but then in march the sun starts getting up earlier and then all the sudden DST happens and I have to wait until like may/june for the same wake up sun.
